Mike's fitness classes offer people the path forward to reaching their fitness and health goals with tried and true methods, years of experience, and the motivation and dedication to stick with it. 

Strength and Conditioning 

The foundation of FFfL, these classes are where it began in 2015.  A combination of powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, strongman, agility, coordination, and mobility will help you become a more capable, empowered you. The community of people you find in these classes will encourage you to attend just as much as Mike does.  

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8-9am at the studio

Monday through Friday, 4:30-5:30pm at the high school

Monday through Thursday, 5:40-6:40pm at the high school

Strength Basics

Slower paced than the strength and conditioning class, Strength Basics focuses on foundational movements that help to increase strength.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:15-10:15am at the studio

Mobility and balance 

In studio, from the comfort of your own home, or while traveling so you don’t need to miss a workout.  These sessions improve your mobility and balance (static and dynamic).  Minimal equipment needs if participating from home or while traveling. 

Tuesday and Thursday, 9:15-10:15am at the studio or zoom

One-on-One sessions

Individual attention to how you’re moving during each exercise and custom programming to address your specific needs and goals.  The goal is for you to finish each session feeling better than when you arrived and to show marked progress over time.

Small group (2-4) private sessions

Want to work out with a small group of friends? Then these are the sessions for you.  Hold each other accountable, enjoy the banter between friends that tends to lead to plenty of laughs and know that if you find the workout challenging, so do your friends.
