There is such joy in seeing someone having a lightbulb moment, hit a PR, and mitigate pain. Those experiences give me purpose and are fulfilling beyond words.

I’ve lived in Borrego Springs, CA for over 17 years. This is my home and my community. After 20+ years in wildlife conservation, I believe my true calling and the best way to serve my community is through training and health and fitness education.
